Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association upon hire. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate
• NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire. National Provider ACLS
• American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. 1 year
• Acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility.
