$50M professional services company in Fairfax VA is in the market for a Corporate FP&A professional (Manager). Ideal position for a Senior Financial Analyst ready for a new challenge. Hybrid work expectation. Target salary can range from $100-$115k depending on relevant experience. Strong benefits package.
Duties :
Assist with development of budgeting/forecasting processes, identifying KPI's and risk management activities Prepare and analyze periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) financial results versus budget, including prior periods Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting activities, collaborating with department leaders across the organization. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent 5+ years of financial analysis experience, including performing financial statement analysis and financial modeling Advanced Excel skills required Strong and refined communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully with employees at all levels of the organization Ability to commute to Fairfax on a hybrid basis
