IT Job Description Role - Functional Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) Architect Location -

Remote Contract Role Summary:

Functional Oracle Revenue Management & Billing Architect with strong expertise in ORMB to lead functional solution design, revenue lifecycle transformation, billing operations, process governance, and stakeholder engagement while collaborating with technical teams on integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional solution architecture for ORMB, Customer Billing, Payments, Collections, Adjustments, and Revenue Management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable billing and revenue-management solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state Billing-to-Cash and Revenue Management processes.
• Design and govern customer accounts, pricing, billing, payment processing, collections, adjustments, and revenue processes.
• Review and govern FDDs, process flows, configurations, and end-to-end solution designs.
• Act as primary liaison between Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Define integrations with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, banking platforms, and reporting systems.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.
• Standardize account management, pricing, bills, payments, collections, delinquency, adjustments, revenue-recognition integration, and reconciliation.
• Drive billing accuracy, revenue assurance, collection effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Experience:

• 5+ years as ERP/Solution Functional Architect.
• 8+ years of Oracle application experience.
• 5+ years with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing.
• Experience leading Billing-to-Cash and Revenue Management transformation initiatives.

• Billing, payments, adjustments, collections, delinquency, and revenue-accounting integrations.
• Fit-gap analysis, solution design, and governance.
