This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and taking ownership of key accounting operations. The Accounting Manager will lead AP, AR, and Accounting team members while overseeing reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. This is a strong opportunity for a collaborative leader who wants visibility, stability, and the ability to make a meaningful impact within a professional business services environment. Controller-level candidates will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting teams. Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close schedules. Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting. Review and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and workflow efficiencies. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support accounting operations and business needs. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial reporting standards.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:

$100,000 to $150,000 per year.
