Vaco has partnered with a leading publicly traded organization in search of temporary leadership coverage within its financial reporting function. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting with strong SEC reporting and SOX compliance expertise.

Responsibilities Include:

Review SEC filings, quarterly and annual reporting packages Review disclosure workbooks, tie-outs, and supporting schedules prepared by the reporting team Oversee SOX reporting controls, compliance requirements, and related checklists Review and update recurring technical accounting memoranda Partner with financial reporting leadership to ensure reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications:

Strong SEC reporting experience within a publicly traded company environment Comprehensive knowledge of SOX controls and SEC reporting requirements Technical accounting experience, including accounting memo review and preparation Experience with Workiva; Workday exposure is a plus Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate as a self-starter By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
