Job Description

Manager, Financial Statement Audit, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Melville, NY. Help conduct independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurance-related information to enhance client credibility and reliability. Support clients with design to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology, investment and drive business results and innovation. Help clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Supervise and coach professional teams. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Salary:
$146,058 - $162,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience. Certification(s) required: US CPA or a foreign equivalent. Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Working with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP), United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards; Applying project management methodology, disciplining, scoping, planning, and overseeing complex engagements; Assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, reviewing, and delivering projects; and Providing clients value through digitization, automation and increased efficiencies. 80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office. Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 60% required. Multiple positions available.
