Primary responsibilities include:

Prospecting for new residential mortgage opportunities Building and maintaining relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, past clients, and other referral partners Consulting with borrowers to understand their financial circumstances and home-financing goals Evaluating borrower information and recommending appropriate loan options Collecting complete and accurate loan application information and supporting documentation Educating borrowers about loan programs, qualification requirements, costs, and the mortgage process Maintaining consistent communication with borrowers, referral partners, processors, and other parties Managing an active pipeline and meeting required deadlines Following up consistently with prospective borrowers and past clients Using Solmira's CRM, technology, and Solmira S.O.S. resources to manage business activities Maintaining accurate records and properly documenting borrower communications Completing all required training and continuing education Conducting all mortgage activities in compliance with federal and state laws, licensing requirements, company policies, and ethical lending standards Protecting borrower information and maintaining strict confidentiality Qualifications We are interested in speaking with both established producers and motivated Loan Originators who are ready to build a stronger, more consistent business.

Required licensing:

An active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license at the time of application. Applicants who are not yet licensed, have a license in progress, or are licensed only in another state do not meet this requirement. Appropriate sponsorship must be established before originating loans with Solmira.
