You'll turn raw data into reporting that department leaders actually use, while building forecasting and analysis skills across finance, brand, and legal partners. It's a strong entry point for someone who wants hands-on business analyst experience without needing years of it first. What You'll Do Collect, clean, and process data files that support day-to-day business operations for new products and programs. Build reporting that tracks and measures performance across a range of products, programs, and special projects, and flag ways to make that reporting more efficient. Present findings and recommendations to your team and department leadership, including ad hoc presentations and status reports for stakeholders across the organization. Partner with finance and accounting to forecast monthly spend on special projects and reconcile it against actual costs, submitting financial files by each reporting deadline. Work alongside teammates and partners in brand, legal, finance, and accounting to keep projects moving. What You'll Bring Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Comfort with hands-on data entry and detailed file processing — this is a core, regular part of the role Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a cross-functional team environment You'll need to live in or near Orlando, FL — the role is remote, but local presence is required Open to candidates with a year or less of relevant work experience Nice to Have Working knowledge of Word Travel or hospitality industry experience Location & Schedule Fully remote, with a requirement to be local to the Orlando, FL area Why You'll Want This Role You'll get exposure to reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional work across finance, brand, and legal early in your career.
