About the Opportunity We are seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join our growing team as Retirement Consultants. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and business owners better understand their financial options and develop strategies for retirement preparation, income protection, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning. No previous financial-services experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, field support, and ongoing professional development. Candidates with experience in customer service, management, sales, education, retail, healthcare, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity offering the flexibility to begin part-time or build toward a full-time financial-services career. Responsibilities Conduct professional virtual appointments with individuals and families Gather relevant information about each client's financial goals, needs, and priorities Educate clients on retirement preparation, life insurance, annuities, income protection, and wealth-building concepts Help clients identify strategies aligned with their individual needs and objectives Coordinate with licensed, experienced professionals during the training and development process Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consistent follow-up and periodic reviews Manage appointments, client records, follow-up activities, and administrative responsibilities Stay informed about available financial products, carrier guidelines, and industry requirements Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Develop leadership skills and mentor newer representatives as experience is gained What Sets Us Apart Fully remote opportunity Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Comprehensive training with no previous experience required Individual coaching and mentorship Access to innovative financial technology and client resources Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for performance-based advancement and leadership Potential for future agency ownership and leadership roles. Meaningful work helping families build greater financial confidence Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid Social Security number Must be able to pass applicable state and federal background requirements Must hold an active life insurance license or be willing to complete the required pre-licensing education, state examination, and licensing process Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established processes Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-up responsibilities Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in personal and professional growth Previous financial-services or sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation and Benefits Independent contractor classification Compensation is based on successfully completed business and individual performance.
