Improve Performance. Drive Results. We're seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the financial performance, compliance, and operational effectiveness of our revenue cycle function. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner with executive leadership, manage vendor relationships, analyze key performance metrics, and drive initiatives that strengthen revenue cycle outcomes. What You'll Do Lead revenue cycle performance strategy and operational improvements. Analyze KPIs, accounts receivable trends, and financial performance metrics. Coach and mentor a Revenue Cycle Analyst while serving as the escalation point for complex issues. Manage external billing vendor performance, accountability, and service-level expectations. Oversee independent coding and compliance audits and implement corrective actions. Partner with leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and process enhancements that improve financial outcomes. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. What We're Looking For 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership or management experience. Experience leading teams and/or managing third-party billing vendors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Knowledge of healthcare billing compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Why Join Us?
