Duties Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process for infusion services, including patient registration, medical coding, billing, collections, and accounts receivable management Ensure compliance with all relevant medical billing regulations such as Medicare, Medicaid, ICD coding standards, and third-party insurance requirements Manage billing software systems and electronic health records (EHR) to facilitate accurate data entry, claim submission, and documentation Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists and administrative staff to foster high performance and continuous improvement in revenue cycle operations Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify insurance coverage, resolve claim denials promptly, and optimize reimbursement strategies Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue cycle efficiency, including days in accounts receivable (AR), denial rates, and collection rates Stay current on healthcare billing management trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence Experience Proven experience managing hospital or healthcare facility revenue cycles with a focus on infusion therapy or outpatient services Strong knowledge of medical billing regulations compliance—including Medicare, Medicaid, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and health insurance policies Demonstrated expertise in healthcare billing management software systems and electronic health records (EHR) platforms Excellent understanding of hospital revenue cycle management processes from patient registration through final payment collection Skilled in team management with the ability to lead training initiatives and foster collaborative workflows Familiarity with medical coding procedures such as ICD coding to ensure precise documentation for reimbursement purposes Prior experience navigating insurance third-party billing processes effectively while adhering to all regulatory standards Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional financial performance while supporting outstanding patient care.
