AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Team Lead (Non-Supervisory) . This is a Full-time remote position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. •Note:

The Revenue Cycle Team Lead is a senior individual contributor who supports accurate, compliant, and timely revenue cycle operations across multiple home-based and community-focused service lines. In alignment with the organization's nonprofit mission, this role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and responsible financial stewardship to help ensure continued access to care for the patients and communities served. The Team Lead functions as a subject-matter expert and operational resource, contributing specialized knowledge to complex revenue cycle activities, promoting consistent workflows, and supporting the Director of Revenue Cycle through hands-on execution and data-driven analysis. This role does not include staff management responsibilities or independent strategic decision-making authority.
