Job Description
Own revenue operations systems, controls, reporting, and cross-functional workflows connecting contracts, pricing, staffing, Salesforce, billing, onboarding, and support. Maintain commercial and delivery alignment, surface scope and resource variances, oversee client launches, report operational performance, manage Zendesk support operations, and coordinate vendor performance and capacity planning. The role requires strong documentation, data governance, reporting accuracy, and influence across teams without direct authority. The summary above was generated by AI About Location3 Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing. The opportunity We are creating a Revenue Operations seat to own the systems, controls and reporting that connect what we sell to how we deliver it. Contracts, scopes, pricing, resourcing, Salesforce and billing stay aligned because this seat holds them there. What you will own
- Commercial and delivery alignment. Contracts, scopes, pricing outputs, resourcing plans, Salesforce records and billing held in alignment, with variances surfaced and escalated with the financial and delivery impact attached
- Client onboarding and launch. The operational workflow from signed agreement to launch, across Business Development, Account Leadership, Finance, Operations, Performance Media and SEO
- Revenue operations reporting. Recurring reporting for leadership on contract status, onboarding pipeline, staffing alignment, support performance and scope compliance. Exceptions and actions, not raw data
- Zendesk and franchisee support operations. Ticket volume, response and resolution times, escalation patterns and satisfaction, traced back to cause
- Fluency vendor management.
- Five or more years in revenue, business, client or agency operations in a seat where accuracy was measured. Strong Salesforce across reporting, dashboards and data governance. Zendesk, capacity planning or vendor management preferred
- Understands that this is a documentation and reporting job before it is a systems job, and can separate a one-time exception from a process that is failing
- Wants to move cross-functional work forward without direct authority Where you will work This is a Denver-based remote role.
