The Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A will be a valuable member of PerkinElmer's Corporate FP&A team, partnering closely with senior finance and business leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage essential FP&A processes, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reporting/forecasting, including preparation of management reporting packages and variance commentary (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) for corporate FP&A leadershipSupport senior finance leadership on preparation of business reviews that highlight key risks, opportunities and propose actions for improved growth and profitabilitySupport quarter-close and month-end close activities from an FP&A perspective, partnering with Accounting on timely, accurate resultsConsolidate business-unit submissions into corporate-level budget and forecast files as part of the annual planning cyclePartner with business unit finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting definitions and methodology
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business7+ years of related business experience in Finance (FP&A) with a track record of graduated and scalable success
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM and Business ObjectsTeam player with a strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity.
Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity, show initiative, and confidently manage conflict and difficult conversations especially during times of change.
Strategic thinker. Strong bias for action while considering potential outcomes from multiple angles. Always driving towards simplification and transparency.
Demonstrated ability to assess priorities and manage/complete multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment.
Strong proficiency with financial systems and applications; Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applicationsThe annual compensation range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $170,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
