Senior FP&A Analyst KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting - 4.6 Waltham, MA Job Details $100,000 - $120,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description KBW is working with a technology company seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing Finance team. This is a hands-on role supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. Responsibilities Own and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and communicate key drivers Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses Track and analyze key SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, churn, and operating expenses Prepare management reporting and provide financial insights to business leaders Identify trends, investigate variances, and turn data into actionable insights Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting Support scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or technology Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including dynamic modeling and sensitivity analysis Solid understanding of accounting principles Familiarity with SaaS business models and key revenue drivers Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and ability to proactively gather information and work across departments
Hybrid Schedule Compensation:
