The Senior Manager, FP&A, plays a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial alignment with business objectives. By leading key planning processes and enhancing reporting capabilities, this role helps shape the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency.THE ROLE
(what you are accountable for): Lead the company's financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning Own and manage the integrated financial model, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedules Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial forecasts with business objectives and operational plans Oversee capital expenditure planning and support stakeholders in achieving financial targets Manage and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast to support liquidity planning Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, including board decks and executive-level presentations Analyze budget vs. actual performance, identify key variances, and provide clear recommendations to leadership Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, trends, and key drivers Provide insights into sales, margin, and channel performance to inform business decisions Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, delivering timely analysis and actionable financial insights Collaborate with Accounting to support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial reporting Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytics, including automation and system enhancements Implement best practices in data management and financial analysis to improve efficiency and scalabilityYOU ARE:

You are a proactive problem-solver who builds strong cross-functional relationships and communicates effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. You are driven to continuously improve processes and elevate the impact of finance within the organization.REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus 8+ years of experience in FP&A or highly analytical roles (e.g., consulting, investment banking) with increasing responsibility Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in DTC, retail, or product-based industries preferred Exposure to ecommerce, digital marketing, or distribution center finance is a plusADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.Perks :
