Senior Manager, Global FP&A

Senior Manager, FP&A A leading global organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support executive leadership with financial reporting, planning, and strategic analysis. This role will lead a small team and play a key part in driving insights and performance across a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, supporting planning and decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for key revenue and cost drivers Deliver actionable insights through financial and operational analysis Develop KPIs to track growth, profitability, and efficiency Enhance reporting processes and implement tools to improve data accuracy and timeliness Partner cross-functionally with operations, corporate finance, and global teams Support business intelligence initiatives and large-scale data analysis Present findings and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, including corporate FP&A within a matrixed organization Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools Proven leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills MBA or CPA preferred

Additional Details:

Hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite) Up to 10% travel (domestic/international) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
