Senior Mortgage Loan Processor Manager
Commercial lending experience would be a bonus. Demonstrated experience independently managing loans from application through closing. Strong purchase-transaction experience. Experience processing conventional and jumbo residential mortgage loans. Working knowledge of residential mortgage underwriting guidelines and documentation standards. Strong ability to analyze personal and business tax returns, self-employed income, rental income and other complex-income scenarios. Experience reviewing borrower assets, large deposits, gift funds, reserves and source-of-funds documentation. Familiarity with automated underwriting systems, including Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor. Experience using Residential loan origination systems. Knowledge of mortgage disclosures, underwriting conditions and closing requirements. Familiarity with applicable consumer mortgage requirements, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA and fair-lending standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple files, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate professionally with high-net-worth borrowers and referral partners. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with loan officers, underwriters and management. High level of discretion when handling confidential financial information. Preferred Qualifications Experience processing loans in New York, Connecticut and Florida. Experience with complex jumbo and high-net-worth borrower transactions. Experience with Jumbo, Super Jumbo, Non-QM, Bank-Statement, P&L, asset-depletion or portfolio loan products. Experience with condominium, cooperative, investment-property and multi-unit property borrowers. Familiarity with New York cooperative loans and attorney-driven closings. Experience working for a mortgage bank, mortgage brokerage, community bank, private lender or credit union. Experience mentoring or supervising junior processors. NMLS registration or state licensing, where required based on the employee's duties. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000-$120,000 per year , depending on experience, qualifications and demonstrated production history. The position is also eligible for a performance-based annual incentive with a target opportunity of approximately 10%-15% of base salary , paid quarterly or annually in accordance with company policy. Incentive compensation may consider file quality, on-time closings, productivity, compliance and service standards.

$60,000-$120,000 base salary, plus a target annual performance incentive, depending on experience & performance. Position Summary BMC is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage files from application through closing. This position is responsible for maintaining complete, accurate and compliant loan files; coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, attorneys, title companies, appraisers and other third parties; and ensuring that loans progress efficiently toward scheduled closing dates. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive mortgage professional who can independently manage a substantial pipeline of purchase and refinance transactions. The candidate should have strong experience with conventional, jumbo,NonQM residential loans and be comfortable analyzing complex income, asset and credit documentation.
