What your future day will look like: Lead cost accounting activities, including cost analysis, variance reporting, and manufacturing cost controls. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes while monitoring performance against financial targets. Prepare financial reports and analyses that provide insight into costs, operational performance, and improvement opportunities. Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and control processes to ensure accuracy and optimize inventory performance. Partner with production, procurement, and engineering teams to identify cost drivers and implement cost reduction initiatives. Drive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating accounting processes, strengthening controls, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred Proven cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structures, and inventory accounting Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, or similar platforms Excellent communication and business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision-making across departments We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
