The selected candidate will have the opportunity to be trained and work in any and all of the following facets of our business: Office Administration Client Communication (telephone, in-person, written and email) Routine Service Transactions and Questions (ex: address changes, appointment scheduling etc.) Paperwork Processing Including Copying and Filing Office Cleaning Client Records Data Management Accounting Computerized Check and Deposit Entry and Bank Reconciliation Payroll Preparation and Quarterly/Year-End Reporting Sales and Excise Tax Reporting Preparation of Journal Entries for Recurring Entries and Other Adjustments Financial Statement Reconciliation and Preparation Investments Establishment of Client Mutual Fund, Brokerage and Retirement Accounts Investment Activity Processing and Tracking Client Systems Management Maintain logs, Records of Transactions and Documentation of Client Interactions The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the
