Sales, Finance & Title Admin Average Annual Commission/Income Opportunity:
$35,000-$65,000+ Tommy Thompson has been a household name in the powersports industry for nearly 50 years. Tommy's Motorsports of Scott County opened in 2023 and is a true family-owned dealership, with Tommy, his wife Barb, his son Jeremiah, and daughter-in-law Brittany making up the core of our leadership team. That family-owned and built feeling is something we bring forward in everything we do. We are a full-service powersports dealership representing Kawasaki, Exmark Mowers, Kayo, and other industry-leading brands. Whether a customer is purchasing a new machine, financing a vehicle, or simply stopping in for a service part, our goal is always the same: exceed their expectations and treat every customer like family. The Core of Your Role We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales, Finance & Title Admin to help guide customers from the initial sales process through financing, paperwork, and final delivery. This position will work closely with our management, service, parts and accessories departments, and customers to ensure every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Sales & Customer Experience Assist customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact through delivery. Follow up with all lead types via phone, email, text, and internet leads and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM. Work with customers to identify the right product and help structure deals while protecting dealership margins. Respond, follow-up, and help process all internet lead traffic within the CRM. Present products, accessories, pricing, and deal structures. Ask for referrals and build long-term customer relationships. Meet or exceed sales and performance goals established by management. Finance & F&I Responsibilities Present financing and payment options to customers and assist with credit applications. Work with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing and finalize deals. Present available F&I products and protection plans in a professional, customer-friendly manner. Ensure all sales and finance paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant. Coordinate with management and the sales team to move deals efficiently from approval to delivery. Maintain organized deal jackets and ensure required documentation is properly completed. Title & Registration Responsibilities Process title, registration, lien, and related paperwork for vehicle sales. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timeframes. Work with customers, lenders, and appropriate state/local agencies as needed. Maintain accurate records and follow all dealership and regulatory requirements. Assist with payoff, trade-in, and ownership documentation when necessary. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, organized, technologically comfortable, and able to work well with a small team. You should be comfortable talking with customers, handling sensitive financial information, managing multiple transactions at once, and paying close attention to detail. Previous sales, finance, F&I, title, or dealership experience is a plus. Previous retail or customer service experience is required for consideration. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, lenders, and dealership software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy with customer and financial information. Clean driver's license record. Ability to be self disciplined and meet/exceed established goals. Powersports or automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required. Must be willing to assist with general dealership needs, including keeping the showroom, vehicles, and work areas clean and helping customers when needed.
Schedule Tuesday-Friday:
9:30 AM-6:00
PM Saturday:
8:30 AM-4:00 PM If we have customer transactions that carry past closing, we stay until they are complete. Taking care of the customer comes first.
