Job Description
Mountain Top Cleaning and Maintenance is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, billing, payroll, procurement, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and ensure transactions and receipts are properly recorded and categorized. Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Mercury accounts. Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. Manage Accounts Receivable, including client invoicing, collections, and aged AR. Manage Accounts Payable, including vendor payments, taxes, and expenses. Oversee procurement and purchasing, including ordering supplies, monitoring inventory needs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring purchases are properly approved and recorded. Compare pricing and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Process weekly payroll and reconcile payroll transactions. Coordinate with the CPA on tax filings, payments, and financial requirements. Participate in daily team meetings and provide updates on financial matters. Qualifications Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or procurement. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Experience with AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations, and purchasing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership.
