Duties and responsibilities Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration Track portfolio with lenders Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods Set and maintain finance department work scheduleRequirements:
Preferred Qualifications Bachelors in Business or Finance Must have previous experience in dealership F&I department Proven history of successful sales management Clean criminal background history Valid driver's license Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment Competencies Detail oriented and ability to multitask Excellent customer service standards Strong influence and sales abilities Professional appearance and work ethics Thoroughness and accuracy focused Great attitude with high energy and dedication Communicates well with sales staff and sales managers Work Environment This job operates in an office setting and is conducted seated at a desk. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some walking is required. This is a highly competitive sales environment with expectations of meeting and exceeding established goals every month. Fast-paced days with the regular need to address and problem solve with a variety of customer and employee behaviors. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Evening, Holiday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel This position may require up to 10% travel. Valid driver's license is required, and all applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
