About This Opportunity Practice Hospitality is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to join the team at one of Lodging Magazine's "management companies to watch," and operate an expanding portfolio of award-winning, exceptionally designed and concepted, lifestyle hotels and restaurants located in the most exciting markets in the nation. The current portfolio includes Hotel Colee, an Autograph Collection hotel in Atlanta; the Hilton Dallas Park Cities; the Drifthaven at Gearhart on the Oregon Coast; and Americana Motor Hotel in Flagstaff, AZ. Job Role As a Director of Revenue Management at Practice Hospitality, you will lead the hotels' strategic and tactical efforts to achieve optimal room revenue, market share and profitability. To be a remarkable teammate, the Director of Revenue Management will be a skilled revenue management professional who excels at distribution, rate positioning, merchandising and executive communication with internal and external teams. We are tenacious, our work is never done, and there are 52 weeks in a year to make a difference. Your specific duties in this role will include: Forecast room revenue and market share performance to communicate and align all stakeholders Develop and deploy revenue management strategies, tactics, and controls to drive room revenue and market share Configure, optimize, and manage all revenue management related systems to drive room revenue and market share: Revenue Management System (RMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), Property Management System (PMS) Merchandise the hotel and its rate products on all distribution channels for optimal revenue performance: E-Commerce, Voice, GDS, Property Direct, Direct Sales, Wholesale, OTA, and emerging platforms Partner with Sales and Marketing teams for upper, mid, and lower funnel to achieve optimal room revenue, market share and profitability Partner with Operations team to align rate positioning, value, guest experience and service scores Prepare scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly written and verbal executive level communication on hotel performance to key stakeholders: property, hotel ownership, and Practice Hospitality Job Requirements We are looking for a Director of Revenue Management who can focus on the smallest of details, prioritize effort to results, execute with tenacity, and communicate across all stakeholders. You must excel in IQ and EQ. Specific qualifications for the role include: Candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree Candidate must have 5 years revenue management experience with a minimum of 3 years' experience as Director of Revenue Management Candidate must be proficient in office technology including Microsoft Office products and videoconferencing
