This position will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for our dealership group and work closely with dealership leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closing, and effective accounting processes.

You Need:

3+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred Multi-rooftop dealership accounting experience is a plus Strong understanding of dealership accounting, including vehicle inventory, floor plan financing, manufacturer financial statements, and dealership financial reporting Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements Working knowledge of dealership DMS systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar Experience overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and payroll Previous experience supervising, training, or mentoring accounting staff Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general accounting software Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with dealership management and other departments Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but relevant dealership accounting experience will be considered If you are an experienced automotive accounting professional looking for an opportunity to grow with a locally owned, family-oriented dealership group, please submit your resume with your past 7-year work history (relevant to this position or not) or apply in person at the Rudolph Chevrolet Human Resources Department located at 5625 South Desert Blvd. Rudolph Auto Group provided the following inclusive hiring information: Rudolph Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
