About the
Role :

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth. As a key leader in our dealership, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the vehicle purchase process, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

The ideal candidate is a closer with a deep understanding of F&I products , prime and sub-prime lending, and a commitment to 100% compliance.
Key Responsibilities Product Presentation:
Effectively present a menu of aftermarket products to every customer.
Lender Relations:
Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with manufacturer-captive lenders and local/national banks to secure the best financing options.
Deal Structuring:
Work closely with the sales desk to structure deals for maximum profit and quick funding.
Compliance:
Ensure every deal meets all federal, state, and local regulations with 100% accuracy in documentation.
CIT Management:
Aggressively manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) to ensure the dealership is funded quickly.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in a franchise dealership.
Track Record:
Proven ability to maintain high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) averages and high penetration rates.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, Darwin and E-contracting ).
Communication:
Exceptional negotiation and verbal communication skills. Why Join Us?
