This individual will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality financial plans, developing team members, improving workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client service. $130,000-$150,000 base plus bonuses

Business Professional Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team of Financial Planners. Oversee daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and ensure timely, accurate completion of financial plans and client deliverables. Review financial plans, reports, and recommendations to maintain quality and consistency. Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and support ongoing professional development. Improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with advisors and leadership to support client needs and achieve departmental goals. Ensure accurate client records, compliance documentation, and proper use of financial planning software. Track team performance metrics, prepare management reports, and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or paraplanning 5 years of leadership or people management experience Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
