Job Overview:
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will be accountable for driving profitable growth for our Warehouse Direct business at Keurig Dr Pepper. You will partner closely with Sales, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-specific pricing, trade, and volume strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise guardrails while delivering against top and bottom line targets. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to field sales teams, translating data into actionable insights, influencing customer decisions, and guiding tradeoffs across price, promotion, and mix. Success requires strong business acumen, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to balance analytics with execution.What you will do:
Develop a deep understanding of channel dynamics and customer economics Partner with Sales leaders and account teams to build and execute customer-level annual plans, including pricing strategy, trade investment, and volume targets Lead value chain and ROI analysis to inform pricing decisions and commercial tradeoffs across revenue, margin, and volume Support customer negotiations, trade programs, and promotional planning, including evaluation and optimization of trade effectiveness Build and deliver clear, concise storytelling for leadership and sales partners, connecting insights to business outcomes Drive improved management routines, reporting, and tools to enhance visibility and decision-making in the field Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure execution feasibility and alignmentTotal Rewards:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, revenue management, or related field Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective Ability to think systemically & lead complex processes Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)Company Overview:
