Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare billing, grant, and financial reports for federal, state, local, and other funding sources. Monitor program expenditures, commitments, revenues, and budgets to ensure compliance and financial accuracy. Perform forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making. Oversee Accounts Payable operations and approve direct service payments within established authority levels. Support external audits, monitoring reviews, and the development of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Progressive accounting experience, preferably within a nonprofit, grant-funded, or government-funded environment. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation experience. Knowledge of fund accounting, grant compliance, and financial reporting requirements #ZRCFS #INOCT2026
