Head of Treasury Management Financial Additions is partnering with a growing Texas banking client seeking an experienced Treasury Management leader to build, grow, and lead its treasury-management function. This is a relationship-focused leadership opportunity for someone who understands both the sales and operational sides of treasury management and can develop solutions that deepen commercial banking relationships. Responsibilities Lead the strategy and growth of the bank's treasury-management platform. Develop and expand relationships with commercial banking clients. Partner with commercial lenders to identify treasury opportunities within existing and prospective relationships. Consult with businesses on cash-management needs and recommend appropriate treasury solutions. Drive new deposits and fee-income opportunities. Assist with product strategy, pricing, implementation, and client experience. Develop processes and best practices to support continued growth. Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource to lenders and other banking teams. Build and develop the treasury-management team as the platform grows. Qualifications Significant treasury-management experience within commercial banking. Demonstrated success in relationship development and treasury sales. Strong understanding of commercial deposits, payments, liquidity, fraud prevention, and cash-management solutions. Leadership experience strongly preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with commercial lenders and executive leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build and grow a platform. #INDD
