Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership. Responsibilities Present finance and protection products professionally and ethically. Structure finance deals while securing competitive lender approvals. Submit deals accurately and efficiently to lenders. Maintain organized, complete, and compliant deal jackets. Ensure contracts are funded promptly with minimal CIT or funding delays. Verify all lender stipulations and required documentation prior to funding. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth delivery process. Maintain compliance with federal, state, dealership, and lender regulations. Consistently achieve monthly finance, product, and profitability goals. Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the finance process. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience. Previous experience in a franchised automotive dealership. Proven ability to structure, submit, and fund automotive finance deals. Strong knowledge of indirect lending and lender guidelines. Experience maintaining organized, accurate, and compliant deal jackets. Demonstrated ability to achieve clean funding with minimal contract issues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume dealership. Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar dealership systems. Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Valid driver's license. Resume must include at least two professional references who can speak of your Finance Manager experience and work performance.
