Job Description
Position Objective Manage and control the company's accounting, financial, and fiscal operations efficiently, ensuring reliable financial information, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and strategic financial support for decision-making. Main Responsibilities Supervise accounting records and bank reconciliations. Ensure proper control of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Prepare financial statements and management reports. Monitor cash flow and payment scheduling. Follow up on invoicing, collections, and payment applications. Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external accounting firms. Prepare information for internal and external audits. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial analysis. Track operational costs and profitability. Support administrative, financial, and regulatory matters. Supervise and coordinate accounting/administrative staff. Maintain strong internal controls and organized financial processes. Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance positions. Experience in produce, food industry, logistics, or perishables is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of general accounting, taxes, and cash flow management. Experience managing accounts receivable and collections. Advanced Excel and ERP system skills. Fluent in spanish and english Strong analytical and control-oriented mindset.
