Job Description
Office Manager / Accounting Assistant Nacogdoches, TX | Full-Time If you enjoy accounting, organization, and being at the center of a busy operation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounting Assistant to help keep our dealership running smoothly. This is a key behind-the-scenes position that supports every department within the dealership and plays an important role in our day-to-day success. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, learning new skills, and taking pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory paperwork Learn and process Texas DMV title and registration paperwork (training provided) Answer and direct incoming phone calls Maintain organized files and accurate records Assist all dealership departments with administrative and operational needs Report directly to the Corporate Controller while working closely with the General Manager and department managers Perform other administrative and accounting duties as needed Qualifications Previous office management, administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Professional phone and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable learning new software and dealership processes Dealership or title experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person What We Offer $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience Full-time position Paid time off Health benefits 401(k) A casual, team-oriented work environment The opportunity to work directly with dealership leadership, including the Corporate Controller and General Manager Ongoing training and opportunities to build valuable dealership accounting and title processing experience Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and takes pride in getting the details right.
