Providing superior electrical contracting services with over 100 years of experience, our team of experienced electricians work with our general contracting clients to lead them through every step of the construction process. We currently need an Accounting Manager in our Ponder office. Paid weekly We are seeking an experienced hands-on Construction Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This key position will oversee the core accounting activity and financial processes while supporting the unique financial needs of the construction industry. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day activity for accounts receivable, assist with reconciliations and general ledger activities Assist with prepare monthly financial statements Monitor project costs, profitability, and work-in-progress (WIP) schedules Manage subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and compliance documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to provide accurate financial information Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards Qualifications 7-10 years progressive accounting experience with significant construction Industry exposure Experience with construction Spectrum accounting software preferred Strong knowledge of AIA Billing. Experience with Textura, Procore, GCPAY and other construction billing software. Knowledge of construction job costing and WIP reporting Experience with construction Spectrum accounting software preferred Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities We offer a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to become an important part of a growing company.
