Management and Leadership Responsibilities:
All members of Spine Team Texas management are required to submit timely evaluations and competencies for every reporting employee on a 30-day, 90 day and BI-annual basis as stated in policy. It is the responsibility of all managers to abide by all Human Resource policies regarding the hiring, terminating, and on-going employment of their reporting employees. Managers are responsible for achieving a high rate of employee satisfaction and performance by maintaining a proactive and responsive employee relationship. All managers will be responsible for adherence to the operating budget. Managers are required to act in a manner that is fiscally responsible with company resources. Managers are required to attend Managers Meetings and Training/Educational functions as requested by the CEO and Board of Directors. A manager's input, direction, and contribution to the growth of the company is essential. Leading by example is always required. Managers perform in the capacity of company ambassadors to external organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10- 15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including clinical and ASC billing Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and work in a well-lit, air-conditioned office environment. Travel will be required. Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25- 35 pounds. Must be able to work under pressure. Tasks involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.are financial statements and reports, including balance sheet reconciliation, to provide accurate financial information for decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management and financial services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, public accounting, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
