Bank Reconcilliation Accounts Payable Bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Windows, Microsoft Word, drop-box and Google Calendaring would be a PLUS! Payroll Experience Long Term Commitment Applicants without a resume will not be considered

RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting up appointments/payment input Accurate with typing and accounting/search duplicate accounts/ accuracy with Daily Deposits Accounting Office Manager Bank reconciliation Accounts receivable and payable Calling Delinquent accounts, billing, preparing accounts for collections Maintain good relationship with customers and co-workers Self Starter with excellent oral and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Current drivers license required Accuracy with numbers/fractions and customer accounts The position requires attention to detail, ability to multi task, great and pleasant customer service. This position working closely with other staff to make sure all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner Experience with maintaining safe and welcoming environment at workplace another PLUS! Must be able to pass background check
