RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting up appointments/payment input Accurate with typing and accounting/search duplicate accounts/ accuracy with Daily Deposits Accounting Office Manager Bank reconciliation Accounts receivable and payable Calling Delinquent accounts, billing, preparing accounts for collections Maintain good relationship with customers and co-workers Self Starter with excellent oral and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

Current drivers license required Accuracy with numbers/fractions and customer accounts The position requires attention to detail, ability to multi task, great and pleasant customer service.
