This is more than a traditional accounting position, it's an opportunity to partner with leadership, influence business decisions, and gain exposure to the dynamic world of hospitality ownership and management. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee multi-property financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, monitor property performance, and provide meaningful insights that help drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions for 25+ hotel properties.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor property revenue/collection, expenses, and profitability metrics.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Review accounts payable and receivable processes for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure proper coding and recording of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with hotel management teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Support annual audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare ownership and management financial reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, with hospitality or multi-unit accounting preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple entities or locations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with hotel accounting systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
