• Client Onboarding The Client Identification Program (CIP)
• Client Onboarding team is responsible for ensuring that client account documentation meets regulatory requirements, country-specific policies, and internal controls.

Individual within this role will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our business and the risks that it faces. This Anti-Money Laundering function forms an integral part of our business by working to identify solutions that balance the business, client, and regulatory needs. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Learn all necessary Client Identification Program (CIP) policies involving country specific requirements and translate this knowledge to day-to-day functions. Satisfy the responsibility for compiling documentation reviews for new and existing clients for appropriate approval and sign-off. Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and follow procedures with precision to take necessary steps to complete each annual review case. Displaying a strong ability to influence the PWM business by serving as a liaison between Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Private Wealth Management (PWM) Sales teams. Understand the nature of the business you are involved in while at the same time ensuring all Goldman Sachs CIP standards are constantly being met. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in AML, Compliance, KYC, Client Onboarding, or other regulatory functions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as proficiency with web-based applications. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong judgment, analytical ability, and problem-resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under deadlines. Experience managing client and stakeholder expectations. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within established policies and procedures.
