Job Description
Job Purpose :
- The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the mortgage sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective mortgage sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the mortgage sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in the mortgage sales process.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Qualifications Required Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related financial services field.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a successful sales team.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with mortgage products, lending regulations, and the credit union industry.
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
