Our four-day week continues in Summer 2026! The Manager of Revenue Operations will be a foundational pillar of the Dealer Business Unit Operations team, taking absolute ownership of day-to-day execution, infrastructure, and operational excellence. This individual will manage reporting, sales incentives, meeting preparation, and cross-departmental coordination. By executing these critical tactical functions seamlessly, this role ensures the broader organization functions at peak productivity and directly enables leadership to focus on long-term strategic growth. What you'll be doing:
Reporting & Administration Sales & Contest Tracking:
Own the end-to-end tracking, data analysis, and weekly/monthly communication of sales metrics and internal performance contests.
Data Request Fulfillment:
Serve as the primary, central point of contact for data gathering requests across the DBU, delivering precise and structured insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Territory Management:
Administer and cleanly execute territory updates, adjustments, and roster assignments to ensure structural integrity and minimize sales friction.
Program Execution & Incentive Management Compensation Tracking:
Maintain and track compensation plan metrics, performing necessary audits and calculations to ensure accurate alignment with corporate reward structures.
Incentive Program Execution:
Design, stand up, and manage short-term sales contests and tactical incentives to drive motivation and pace toward immediate targets.
Meeting Prep & Coordination Meeting Architecture:
Lead the logistics, build structured agendas, and manage the pre-work coordination for critical weekly, monthly, and quarterly Dealer Business Unit and management leadership meetings.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
Act as the main day-to-day operational liaison between the Dealer Business Unit and all other departments (including CARFAX cross-functional teams) to ensure unified communication and eliminate silos.
Project Management Process Tracking:
Build and maintain project tracking frameworks to ensure all operational timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules stay on track. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document processes for data gathering, contest execution, and reporting to establish repeatability and operational resilience. What we're looking for : 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations. Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms specifically Salesforce, and BI reporting tools). Proven experience handling compensation tracking, formula management, and metric reporting. Meticulous attention to detail and strong structural organization. Exceptional communication and project management skills; comfortable interacting with diverse cross-functional teams. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, where applicable.
