Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) Harrisonburg, VA An established automotive dealer group in the Harrisonburg, VA area is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who excels at building customer relationships, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional purchase experience. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive finance experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining compliance while helping customers find the best financing solutions available. What We Offer Competitive compensation package with performance-based earnings Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development Supportive leadership and mentorship Established customer traffic—no prospecting required Advancement opportunities within a growing dealer group Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Review customer credit applications and identify appropriate financing options Present financing, leasing, and payment solutions that meet customers' needs Offer and explain vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other ancillary products Prepare, review, and process all finance documentation accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners Ensure all deals are completed efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience Achieve monthly objectives for F&I revenue, product penetration, compliance, and customer satisfaction Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process Maintain a thorough understanding of lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Contribute to dealership success through professionalism, teamwork, and ethical business practices Qualifications Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience required Proven ability to achieve F&I performance goals and product penetration targets Strong understanding of automotive lending and dealership finance operations Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity and professionalism Proficiency with dealership management and finance software preferred Are You the Right Fit?
