Job Description

Overview:
As the Senior Financial Manager working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will interface with the government branch leads in
SHIPS GEM.
You will be expected to support the government Business Financial Managers. This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer. Responsibilities:
Provide overall budget submission, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) tracking, as well as execution data/reports from financial databases for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) systems and ship platforms Develop accurate cost estimates (and modeling, where necessary) for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and what-if drills based on the use of parametric, trend, analogy, engineering bottoms-up and expert opinion analyses Provide database management and programming support in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Maintain a historical track of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) estimates in ERP and Microsoft Excel, as approved in each budget submission Assist in the preparation of the (annual) Budget Object Classification (BOC) data call for distribution to the PARMs Analyze the PARM input for completeness and accuracy and prepare parametric and trend analysis reports to assist in determining the estimates to be provided to higher authority
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field 15 years professional experience in Financial management in DOD acquisition 5 years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Program Budget Information Sytem (PBIS) DoD Secret level clearance
Preferred:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel by use of pivot tables, linked spreadsheets/workbooks, equations, and other methods of data sorting, updating and consolidation Salary range (subject to experience and qualifications) - $110,000 - $115,000
