Associate Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Location:

$68.14 per hour We are seeking an Associate Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to support complex accounting matters and quarterly and annual SEC filings. This role calls for strong

U.S. GAAP

research skills, clear technical writing, and the ability to deliver accurate work under reporting deadlines. Responsibilities Research U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements and assess their application to complex transactions. Prepare disclosures and footnotes for Forms 10-K and 10-Q, including supporting schedules and tie-outs. Draft audit-ready technical accounting memoranda and work papers. Partner with finance, legal, operations, and external auditors on accounting, reporting, and control matters. Manage multiple deliverables during quarterly and annual reporting cycles. Identify ways to improve reporting accuracy, controls, and efficiency through systems and automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or in SEC reporting, consolidations, or technical accounting at a Fortune 500 company. Experience researching complex U.S. GAAP and SEC matters and drafting technical accounting memoranda. Experience with SEC filings, disclosures, and financial statement tie-outs. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Preferred:

U.S. CPA or progress toward certification; experience with SOX or disclosure controls and reporting platforms such as Workiva or Oracle FCCS.
