Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to work with our four luxury franchises—Range Rover, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and Infiniti. Responsibilities Manage the finance and insurance processes for high-end luxury vehicles across our four dealership locations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, insurance providers, and customers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to financing and insurance transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and recommending appropriate financial products and services. Train and mentor junior finance staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to maximize revenue and profitability within the finance department. Collaborate closely with sales, service, and management teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager, preferably within the luxury automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building trust with luxury clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with finance-related software and dealership management systems. High level of integrity and professionalism. Valid driver's license and the ability to meet company background check requirements.
