FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER
- Full time positions to fill immediately at Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles in Sterling, VA. Lindsay VW of Dulles, the highest volume and best rated VW dealership in the DMV, is looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to join our finance team! SCHEDULE INCLUDES ROTATING SUNDAYS OFF - NO BELL TO BELLS!
A successful candidate excels at building trust, rapport, and truly understanding customers' needs to earn a customer for life, as well as mastering a suite of sales, organizational, and presentation skills in order to effectively engage a high volume of opportunities.
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
Review credit applications and structure deals with partner lenders, acting as liaison between customers and lenders. Utilize menu based selling process, and ensure all deal documentation is complete and accurate. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to financial services and products. Work closely with sales team to maximize opportunities. Must be eager to master product knowledge and maintain a mindset of constant learning and improvement to adapt to dynamic market, tools, and inventory. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Sell financing and insurance products to customers, including extended service contracts. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations is advantageous. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and outbound sales experience. Strong organizational and followup skills. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by a manager may apply.
