Reservations Revenue Manager Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, VA Full-Time | Salaried | On-Site Position Summary Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront is looking for an experienced Reservations Revenue Manager to help maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall room revenue. This position combines revenue management strategy with oversight of the hotel's reservation process and works closely with the General Manager, Sales, Front Office, and Rooms teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor hotel demand, booking pace, occupancy, rates, and competitor pricing and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Manage room rates, inventory, restrictions, packages, promotions, and distribution channels.
  • Review forecasts and historical trends to identify opportunities to increase occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue.
  • Review STR reports, understand hotel and competitive-set performance, and recommend strategies to improve RevPAR Index and capture market share.
  • Complete and maintain the Internal Future Rooms Activity Report.
  • Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and performance updates for hotel leadership.
  • Oversee reservation functions and help ensure reservations are entered accurately, including rates, room types, dates, packages, special requests, and payment/deposit requirements.
  • Assist with individual and group reservation questions, changes, cancellations, and reservation-related issues.
  • Monitor reservation accuracy, availability, and inventory to help prevent booking and distribution issues.
  • Research and troubleshoot reservation, PMS, distribution, and revenue-management issues.
  • Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and hotel leadership to maximize room revenue and improve hotel performance. Qualifications
  • Hotel revenue management experience required; 3+ years preferred.
  • Hotel reservations experience and a strong understanding of reservation processes.
  • Familiarity with STR reports and hotel performance metrics including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and RevPAR Index.
  • Experience with hotel PMS, revenue management, and distribution/channel systems preferred.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail. Benefits
