Must have experience using timekeeping, business intelligence, reporting and database tools to support labor management, forecasting and performance analysis Desired Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred
Experience using all TMM system modules is preferred Primary Responsibilities Support finance and in-park leadership through data-driven analysis and collaboration to improve revenue, attendance, labor, operating expense and Guest satisfaction performance Lead, develop and mentor the members of the Williamsburg Labor & Business Analysis Team Partner with departments to manage labor and operating expenses against budget and forecast, including dollars, hours, productivity trends and key variance drivers Serve as the main point of contact for all park leadership with regard to the budgeting and reporting processes Continually identify and communicate solutions to improve schedules created by the TMM system to reduce manual adjustments/edits Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards and analysis to improve visibility into financial results, labor trends, attendance patterns and operational performance Maintain company policies regarding the production of schedules Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous process efficiencies and improvement Develop team through routine career development, coaching and feedback discussions Provide analytical support to the VP of Finance, including forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling and decision-support materials for leadership discussions Perform other duties as assigned What else is important: Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing). Able to walk/stand for extended periods of time. Navigate uneven surfaces and walk throughout onstage and backstage areas of the parks. Work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals. Work a flexible schedule/hour based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional weekend work is expected and may be required as team staffing levels dictate. Dedicated weekend work is possible.
