As a Finance Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, leading by example and inspiring greatness among your colleagues. Your passion for sales and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our sales targets as well you would be responsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing recreational vehicles for the dealership.
Responsibilities:
Secure financing and present insurance options for customers, presenting terms and payment structures in a clear and professional manner. Prepare and review all sales and finance paperwork to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding. Assist the sales team by explaining financing options and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to contract signing. Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty. Protect dealership assets by following all state and federal regulations, including privacy and lending compliance. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times. Monitor and achieve finance department goals, including product sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information Problem-solving and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
