5-Day Work Week - Rotating Sundays Mega Auto Sales LLC is seeking an experienced, driven Desk/Finance Manager to join our high-volume team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in structuring deals, maximizing backend profit, and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will play a key role in securing financing, presenting F&I products, and working closely with the sales team to drive overall dealership performance. Responsibilities Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases Structure and finalize deals aligned with customer needs and dealership goals Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.) Negotiate financing terms and maintain strong lender relationships Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, profitable transactions Meet and exceed monthly performance targets Requirements Previous automotive F&I or desk management experience preferred Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset Strong attention to detail and organization Knowledge of automotive financing, lenders, and deal structure What We Offer Flat commission structure (no cap on earnings) High backend penetration = strong income potential Consistent deal flow in a growing dealership 5-day work week with rotating Sunday coverage Supportive, team-oriented environment If you're a motivated finance professional ready to maximize your earning potential, we want to hear from you.
